TFs from the CS department provide tutoring in all aspects of CS. TFs will probably know basic HTML; many will not know any other aspect of Web building used by CS-103, such as CSS, Photoshop, Wordpress, etc (which are not considered CS).

I may not be the best source of help for advanced material, but I'm good at the basics. I'm pretty good with the net math (which is funny because ordinarily I'm horrible at math...), and even though I may not know how to do something right off the bat, I'm excellent at figuring things out.
